To set the transformation options

Step 1

If you would like to use the mouse to open the Map menu, first you have to open the Drawings sub menu and then click the Define/Modify Drawing Set option.

Step 2

Next, under the Simple Transformation, select the On/Off check box and enter the Scale, Rotation and Offset.

Step 3

Now, click the Pick button and then do the following;

1. Enter Old base point
2. Enter Invalid point
3. Enter Old base point
4. Enter New base point
5. Enter Old reference point
6. Enter New reference point
7. Then click the Apply button.
